Dragon Ball FighterZ is adding another Goku to the mix and this time it’ll be Goku from Dragon Ball GT as the next DLC character. Bandai Namco shared his first screenshots for a closer look.
Son Goku (GT) is an agile character with various tools that set him apart from the other Gokus.
While the Power Pole wasn’t as prominent in Dragon Ball GT as it was in the original Dragon Ball, Goku uses the throwback weapon as a means to launch himself for dash attacks and for long-ranged hits.
His Reverse Kamehameha allows him to shoot backwards for another maneuver attack.
His special attack, Super Kamehameha, gets an extra kick with Goku turning Super Saiyan 3 when two or fewer members remain in the party.
Lastly, his Meteor Attack is the “Super Spirit Bomb” that moves slowly but makes Goku invulnerable to attacks during the launch motion, allowing it to be used to tank hits when necessary.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
