Microsoft and 343 Industries announced during an Inside Xbox live stream that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will make its way to PC for the first time, and will also include Halo: Reach to the mix.
Unlike the 2014 Xbox One version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, rather than releasing all the games at once they’ll be released in stages, with each title releasing one by one in order to ensure each one is done right.
Check out the trailer below:
The collection’s first release will be Halo: Reach, which shows the beginnings of Master Chief’s saga, and the rest will release in chronological order thereafter, from Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST (Campaign), and Halo 4. These titles will also be available for individual purchase within The Master Chief Collection as they become available.
Pricing and release dates have yet to be announced.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection is in the works for PC and currently available for Xbox One.
