Falcom announced that The Legend of Heroes’ Trails series is getting a special collaboration with VR Game & Café Bar VREX that brings a limited-time VR party game to the facility next month in Japan. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine shares more details. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]
The collaboration VR game doesn’t have a title yet, but it’ll make its way to VREX shops in Japan starting March 18, 2019. For those of you unfamiliar with the establishment, it’s basically an amusement center with a variety of arcade-style VR games and a café bar where you can choose from an assortment of food and beverages.
As for the Trails series VR game that will be there, it is described as a VR party game where you’ll get to play as the likes of Rean Schwarzer, Crow Armbrust, Alisa Reinford, and such. One play will go for 1,050 yen and it’ll include a commemorative photo and IC Card with stickers.
The magazine has some screenshots of the game, including one that shows the player as Rean giving Altina Orion a headpat. More information will be revealed later.
The Trails series VR game will debut at VREX on March 19, 2019. In case you missed it, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel’s PS4 remaster is coming to North America on March 26, 2019.
