Here’s what will be available in the demo:

  • Character creation
  • Regular missions against Anubis, Habakiri, and Barbarius in single player and multiplayer (2-4 people)
  • Assault Missions (up to 8 people)

You’ll need PlayStation Plus in order to try out online co-op, and Bandai Namco also warns that save data from the demo will not carry over to the full game.

Finally, Bandai Namco revealed that God Eater 3 will be getting extra free updates after the game’s launch so players can enjoy the game for much longer. The details on what will be added is to be revealed later on.

God Eater 3 releases for PlayStation 4 in Japan on December 13, 2018. The game launches worldwide on PS4 and PC on February 8, 2019. Check out the first screenshots and details on the mysterious girl Phym in our previous report here.
