We recently learned about Dragon Quest Builders 2’s Bulletin Board that lets you share screenshots and the Builder Pencil that lets you create custom blueprints for original buildings. The official website has updated with new details
In Dragon Quest Builders 2 you can take advantage of the Photography Mode to take some nice photographs of your best work or beautiful landscapes. You’ll get to change the perspective, zoom in or out, and filters such as monochrome and sepia.
After taking some nice photos, head to the Bulletin Board to post it. That way other players can check it out and also share their own. Those that get a lot of likes will be seen by more people, and if you post a set for the island terrain other players will get to visit the world in which the photo was taken. There will also be photography contests that work around the Bulletin Board.
By checking out photos of other players you’ll get to visit their own Empty Islands.
If you ever want to create something that was made by a friend, you’ll get to simply recreate it by using the Builder Pencil. This Builder Tool is used to register the blueprints of a building or object inside. Once you have a blueprint you’ll get to make the exact same thing.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 releases in Japan on December 20, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game is headed West in 2019.
