Bandai Namco shared the latest character trailers for Black Clover: Quartet Knights for Klaus, Yami, and Gauche. A demo will also be available for free in Japan tomorrow for PlayStation 4.
Gauche Adlai
Gauche uses Mirror Magic that allows him to attack from a distance as a Shooter-type character. He has high mobility with the ability to instantly teleport in front of him. He can use Mirror Magic to not only duplicate objects but other characters as well.
Klaus Lunettes
Klaus uses Steel Magic that allows him to shoot enemies from a distance. He can create walls used for defense as well as lances to knock back enemies. His Steel Magic allows him to effectively defend against enemy attacks while countering with his own ranged attacks.
Yami Sukehiro
Yami is a Fighter-type character who is balanced in both attack and defense. He has mid-ranged attacks as well an attack that closes the gap on his opponents. He can also act as a tank for the team by using Barrier Magic to protect himself from enemy attacks while fighting in the frontline. One of his most useful abilities comes from his Dark Magic’s Black Hole ability that sucks up any nearby opponents.
The demo for Black Clover: Quartet Knights will be available tomorrow, September 13, 2018 in Japan. It comes with Story, Training, and Online modes. When the game comes out, those with the demo will get to play against players with the game. It features Asta, Noel, Yuno, and Mimosa as playable characters. It’ll also have carryover save data, but it’ll only be available for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Black Clover: Quartet Knights releases in North America and Europe on September 14, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PC. The game releases in Japan a day earlier on September 13 for PS4. Check out our previous report for a glimpse at some of its original story and swimsuit DLC costumes.
