Another week, another round of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s Smash Blog updates. This week, Bowser Jr. and the Mii Fighters were in the focus, as well as new screenshots of Bewear, the Great Plateau Tower and Princess Peach’s Castle. Finally, a new F-Zero medley arranged by Mr. DAYTONAAAAAA (Takenobu Mitsuyoshi) was revealed.

#58 Bowser Jr.

The Jr. Clown Car this little fella rides in takes less damage when attacked than Bowser Jr. himself—so try to stay in the car when taking damage. The different color variations are the Koopalings!

#51-53 Mii Fighter

You can choose from the three types of Mii Fighter and select from a set of three specials for each type. You can also choose one of 12 voice options!

Great Plateau Tower

great plateau 2

This is the tower everyone visits first in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The top part of the tower can be destroyed after taking damage, but will come back eventually. You can spot a certain Old Man in the background, watching over the match…

Princess Peach’s Castle

peach castle 2

A returning stage from Super Smash Bros. Melee. Watch out for Banzai Bill to come flying out of nowhere and explode. There are also red, yellow, and green switches you can press to make “!” BLocks appear. Try hitting them to get items!

Bewear – Assist Pokémon

bewear 1

bewear 2

Bewear’s more ferocious than it looks, with slow movement speed offset by very powerful attacks.

F-Zero Medley (F-Zero) – New arrangement

You can now listen to “F-Zero Medley.” Takenobu Mitsuyoshi arranged and also sang the song for this version. The medley consists of DEATH WIND, FIRE FIELD, and perhaps more…

Arrangement supervisor: Takenobu Mitsuyoshi (best known for work on Daytona USA series, Virtua Fighter series, and Virtual-On Marz)
