Are You Ready Guys? Let’s Study! The Sengoku Basara series’ high school parody manga anthology Gakuen Basara is getting an anime adaptation this October in Japan. Capcom shared its first trailer as well as a new key visual for the anime.

In Gakuen Basara we’ll meet alternate setting versions of Date Masamune (CV: Kazuya Nakai) who is a first-year ace of the school’s baseball club. Also featured in the first key visual is Sanada Yukimura (CV: Soichiro Hoshi), the first-year ace of the school’s soccer team.

The anime will tell a chaotic school story that takes place when former student council president Toyotomi Hideyoshi gets suspended from school so Date Masamune and Sanada Yukimura find themselves fighting over the position.
