Monster Hunter: World’s Kulve Taroth Siege Returns, All Hunters Get Free Scales Pack

Capcom shared the latest on Monster Hunter: World with a look at its updated Event Quest Schedule with a return of the Kulve Taroth Siege. We also got hooked up with a free pack of Scales.

The New World Way! Local Goods Gift Set

Starting today, in celebration of the Monster Hunter Championship – Fukuoka Qualifier, all Hunters receive “The New World Way! Local Goods Gift Set” that comes with a variety of Scales. Here’s what’s included:

• Sushifish Scale x 40
• Great Gunpowderfish Scale x 30
• Great Sushifish Scale x 20
• Whetfish Fin+ x 10

The item pack will be available to claim until May 31, 2018.

As for the updated Event Quest Schedule, the main attraction that kicked off today is the return of “Banquet in the Earthen Hall,” or the Kulve Taroth Siege.

9★ Quest – Banquest in the Earthen Hall

• Locale: Caverns of El Dorado
• Requirements: HR 16 or higher
• Objective: Repel Kulve Taroth
• Availability: May 25 at 0:00 UTC to May 31 at 23:59 UTC

In case you previously missed it, need some Kirin parts, or just feel like beating up Kirins, the “Kirin the Myth” quest will return next month.

5★ Quest – Kirin the Myth

• Locale: Coral Highlands
• Requirements: HR 8 or higher
• Objective: Slay 2 Kirin
• Availability: June 8 at 0:00 UTC to June 14 at 23:59 UTC
