Dark Souls Remastered Announced For PS4, Xbox One, Switch, And PC; Here Are Some Specs

In addition to the Nintendo Switch version that was revealed today, Bandai Namco announced that the remaster is also headed to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 25, 2018.

 

Dark Souls Remastered will come with improved resolution and other visual upgrades for the port. I’ll include the Artorias of the Abyss DLC and an increase to six maximum players for the multiplayer.

 

The game will run at an upscaled 4K resolution and 60fps on PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X. The PS4 and Xbox will run it at 1080p and 60fps. PC will have native 4K with all textures 2K unconverted and 60fps. The Nintendo Switch version runs the game at 1080p and 30fps in TV mode and 720p and 30fps for Handheld Mode.
