Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Trailer Takes Us Through The World Of Alrest, Highlights Blades And Battles

Nintendo shared a new Japanese trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 with a highlight on key features starting with the story and a look at the weaponized life-forms known as Blades, and plenty of combat.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 takes place in the world of Alrest that is overrun by a sea of clouds. The story revolves around the protagonist Rex who encounters the mysterious Pyra, who is a special Blade—a weaponized life form. Together they journey to seek out Elysium, a fabled fantasy for humanity that Pyra calls home.
