Composer Go Shiina has been with Bandai Namco since before the merger when he was hired by Namco in the ‘90s, but they’ll be parting ways as he announced his resignation from the company.

 

As a part of Bandai Namco, Go Shiina has worked on prolific titles including series such as Tales of, The Idolmaster, God Eater, and many more.

 

The composer didn’t share any specific reasons for his departure, but he says that it brought him the greatest pleasure to have been supported for the past 20 years by Bandai Namco, which he called a truly great company in his tweet. He’s looking forward to a fresh new start and hopes to see continued support from fans.

 

Go Shiina’s most recent work includes Tales of Zestiria and God Eater 2: Rage Burst.
