Europe’s Next Splatoon 2 Splatfest Is Mayonnaise VS Ketchup

Europe’s second Splatoon 2 Splatfest topic has been revealed. Players will be forced to choose their favorite condiment. The options will be mayonnaise and ketchup. The battle will begin the first weekend in August, which means people will need to be ready and make a decision by August 4, 2017.

We don’t know for certain which member of Off the Hook will side with which choice. However, in the Splatoon Splatfests and the cake versus ice cream Splatoon 2 demo Splatfest, Pearl sided with cake and Marina with ice cream. Should that trend be maintained, Pearl will be mayonnaise and Marina will be ketchup.

Nintendo’s American and Japanese divisions have yet to announce the next Splatfest topics for Splatoon 2. Since the original Splatoon Splatfest themes weren’t always the same across regions, we may see different topics.

Splatoon 2 is available for the Nintendo Switch.
