Sengoku Basara: Legend of Sanada Yukimura Features Yukimura And Masamune As Kids

Capcom announced a release date for Sengoku Basara: Legend of Sanada Yukimura in Japan and they’ve also provided additional details in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine on what fans can expect to see from the upcoming PS4 and PS3 title. [Thanks, Hachima.]

 

It’s been revealed that in Sengoku Basara: Legend of Sanada Yukimura you’ll get to play as Sanada Yukimura and Date Masamune in their childhood forms. When playing as their kid versions, they’ll have a completely different action feeling to them compraed to when they’re adults.

 

Benmaru [CV: Soichiro Hoshi]: Sanada Yukimura as a child. His weapon is a practice spear.

 

Bontenmaru [CV: Kazuya Nakai]: Date Masamune as a child. He uses a wooden sword as a weapon.

 

A new system called Warrior Heart System was also introduced. This system will let you power up military commanders by acquiring Warrior Hearts found throughout the stage used to power up. You’ll also get to use special abilities called Skills.

 

The game will go for 7,549 yen for the retail version and 6,990 yen for the digital version for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
