Bandai Namco recently released their stylish brawler, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven, and in today’s character introduction videos, we have Akira Otoishi, N’Doul, and Koichi Hirose.
Koichi is a “Stand-user” who fights together with his Stand Echoes (Act 1~3) with a versatile set of movements that range from direct attacks, to debuffs and traps. Using his Style Action, he’s able to switch the forms of Echoes and fight accordingly to his situation.
Act 1 form can shoot long-ranged attacks that come with different effects, or use a move that damages enemies and lowers their Dual Heat and Stamina gauges. It can also fill up your ally’s Duel Heat and Stamina gauge with another move. Act 2 is all about its traps that come in different varieties.
Finally, Act 3 specializes in mid-ranged direct attacks. They also have some rush attacks, making it the better damage-dealing form. This form also has the ability to make things heavier, which slows downs enemies and prevents them from jumping.
Akira is a “Stand-user” fighter who fights alongside his Stand called Red Hot Chili Pepper. He’s able to stay in place while having full control of his Stand when he sends it out into battle. Since his Stand is electric-based, it uses electricity as its power in combat.
While in Stand Mode, Red Hot Chili Pepper can do massive damage with his attacks when his Voltage Gauge is filled up; however, its attack weakens when the gauge isn’t that high, so you’ll want to be careful. You can charge up through a variety of objects and gimmicks found on the stage.
Since Akira would rather not damage his guitar, he doesn’t attack much on his own, but he’s able to help charge up his Stand.
N’Doul is also a “Stand-user,” and fights alongside his Stand called Geb. This water-based Stand can be controlled remotely and it is quite powerful. N’Doul, on the other hand, is weaker, so you’ll need to make sure he’s well-protected as you fight.
He has two modes of “Sitting Mode” and “Standing Mode.” N’Doul is able to move around while in Standing Mode, but he can’t lock onto enemies or control his Stand too well, but it’s needed to get him to safe places. Sitting Mode will have N’Doul stay in one spot, but he’s able to control his powerful Stand.
Since N’Doul is blind, he uses “sound” to target enemies. The more noise they make, the more visible they’ll be, making them easier to hit.
