Dutch studio Two Tribes has announced that its puzzle-platformer sequel Toki Tori 2+ will be heading to PlayStation 4 as a physical and digital release. Unfortunately no idea of when it might arrive has been given.

Toki Tori 2+ has you guiding the young chick as it whistles and stomps its way across the world to destroy a crystal that’s endangering the wildlife. Solving the puzzles along the way will mean making use of those two abilities (whistle and stomp) as well as the behavior of other critters.

The sequel was originally released for Wii U in 2013 but it also came to Steam that same year as Toki Tori 2+ – that plus sign being an indication of what Two Tribes had added. It includes a level editor, achievements, additional puzzles, improved play and performance, and windmills.

All of those newer features will, of course, be available in this upcoming PlayStation 4 version of the game.
