Bandai Namco are expected to reveal the release date of Tales of Zestiria in an upcoming issue of Jump magazine that is scheduled for September 13, but it looks like they may have unintentionally given it away a little earlier than expected. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]
The information comes from a screenshot of a page from the game’s official website, [which has now been taken down] featuring some T-shirts that will be available to Research at Tokyo Game Show later this month.
However, the page also noted “The goods for Tales of Zestiria, which is expected to release on January 22, will be available sooner at Tokyo Game Show!”
Keep in mind that there hasn’t been an official release date announcement, so there’s a possibility that it could change. However, we’ve seen similar accidental reveals in the past, like when Capcom unintentionally revealed the release date for Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies earlier than expected.
Tales of Zestiria is in development for PlayStation 3.
