Castlevania: Aria Of Sorrow And F-Zero GP Legend On Deck For Wii U Virtual Console

Wii U will add Game Boy Advance titles to Virtual Console next month starting with Advance Wars and Golden Sun. Sometime afterwards, we’ll see Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, one of Koji Igarashi’s Metroidvania style games. The news comes from Australia’s Classification Board which rated Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow with Nintendo listed as the publisher indicating that Konami’s game will be re-released for Wii U Virtual Console.

F-Zero GP Legend, the last F-Zero game released outside of Japan, was also rated by the Classification Board. The game is done in the style of the Super Nintendo title and follows the anime series of the same name. Perhaps, Nintendo will finally release F-Zero Climax as a Virtual Console import in the future.
