JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle will get a day-one update patch in EMEA territories, that will lower the waiting time in Campaign Mode for Energy Recovery to 2 minutes.
The day-one patch will include balance changes featured in Patch 1.04 of the Japanese version of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, and will also add the new Arcade Mode to the game, which lets you fight a series of eight CPU controlled opponents to win gold.
On rare occasions, the Arcade Mode icon will switch to Harvest while connected online, and you’ll be able to win even more gold while playing Arcade Mode. This gold can then be spent on hints and single-use items to help you out during battles. Gold can also be earned in the game’s Campaign Mode.
Additionally, Namco have confirmed that players in North America, Europe and Asia will be able to play JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle together in the same online realm. The game is slated for release later this year.
The Arcade Mode and balance changes have been confirmed for the American release of All-Star Battle, too, so we would assume the lowered waiting time is present in that version of the game as well. We’ve contacted Namco Bandai’s American division to find out if the U.S. version will require a patch download as well.
