Ah, Deception and its Rube Goldberg deathtraps. Players could crush enemy invaders in one hit, but it’s more entertaining to drop a pumpkin head on them first. Traps like the pumpkin head force enemies to walk a set number of steps forward right into a bear trap or a guillotine blade that knocks them into an iron maiden.
Since development of Deception IV: Blood Ties is led by Fatal Frame creator Keisuke Kikuchi, I’m curious to see what kinds of traps we’ll see in this game. Deception IV: Blood Ties is in development for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 3.
