Earlier this month, there was a special NicoNico Live stream for Bravely Default: For the Sequel, where producer Tomoya Asano talked about some of the upcoming game’s changes, and more.

The above is a look at a question that was asked during the event (via Dengeki): “What kind of Bravely Default: Flying Fairy-related items would you like to have?”

  • D’s Notebook—20.6%
  • Figurines—16.1%
  • Limited edition guidebook—15.2%
  • Novel book—8.4%
  • Charm strap—6.6%
  • Art collection—6.3%
  • Nendoroid—5.1%
  • Agnes’ pendant—4.8%
  • Keychain—3.6%
  • Drama CD—3.3%

Interestingly enough, Asano had already prepared an actual D’s Notebook and a series of novels, which he presented during the NicoNico Live stream, and mentioned that they will be available for purchase later. They are also putting strong consideration into releasing figurines. You can check out the story behind the D’s Notebook in an earlier interview with Asano.

While brainstorming ideas on how to balance the pricing of goods and their quality, Asano asked the viewers on NicoNico live to choose out of the following price ranges: 12,000 yen ($120), 6,000 yen ($60), 3,000 yen ($30), and 1,000 yen ($10). Since most of the viewers chose 6,000 and 3,000 yen, Asano decided that perhaps he would go with 4,500 to meet the middle. However, he also jokingly mentioned that if they do decide to go with a 6,000 yen D’s Notebook, it’d have to be a luxurious item that uses actual silver.

As far as the novel series go, Asano had already finished reading them all and strongly recommends fans of the series to give them a read. Additionally, he also gave a glimpse of the art collection.

Asano had one last surprise, as he revealed that the official drama CD is already in the works. The above is a look at the special illustration included with the set, which will also include special messages from the leading voice actors of Bravely Default.

Bravely Default will be coming out December 6 in Europe, and early 2014 in North America for Nintendo 3DS.
