As previously reported, in the west, Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Case Zero are free for all Xbox Live Gold subscribers to grab during August.

Japan, however, is getting a different free game.

In Japan, Microsoft are offering a different Capcom game—the Xbox 360 version of Resident Evil Code: Veronica. This version of the game has updated graphics rendered in HD, a new leaderboard system and updated menus.
