Namco Bandai has revealed a trailer for My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute HappyenD, a PlayStation 3 game based on the popular novel/anime series. As the main character Kyousuke, you must lead your little sister Kirino and her friends down the road to becoming the top idols in Japan. We’re still not sure why they suddenly decided to become idols, or why they want Kyousuke to manage them.

Accompanying the trailer is the theme song, Morning Morning!!, performed by Kirino’s voice actress, Ayana Taketatsu.

The five girls you manage in this game are Kirino, your little sister who is a closet otaku; Kuroneko, a chuunibyou; Ayase, a girl who likes to verbally abuse you; Kanako, the only girl who is an actual idol in the original series; and Manami, a normal girl.

As the girls’ manager, part of your job is to man the camera in photo sessions. This mode may remind you of The Idolm@ster Gravure For You (actually, they’re both from Namco Bandai).

Each girl has a social network page through which you must bond with them through life counseling. You must also upload pictures from photo sessions to gain pageviews and rise in popularity. In addition, you can save those pictures to your PS3.

My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute HappyenD will be released for the PlayStation 3 on September 26. The game will also be available in a limited edition, and the first press run edition will include a download code for all of the CG illustrations from the two My Little Sister PSP games.
