Exstetra’s Energetic Hero Borrowed Marle’s Provoke Technique

Masaru Mitarai sounds like a typical, hyper-caffeinated hero. He’s one of the characters in Exstetra, an upcoming RPG from the makers of Unchained Blades, but not the protagonist. Ryoma turns Masaru into a Prism Knight and Exstetra has a unique way of changing characters into heroes.

I think Masaru played too much Chrono Trigger because we haven’t seen a monster pulling technique like since Marle’s provoke technique.

Exstetra comes out on October 17 for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS.
