Arc System Works turns 25 this year, and they’re celebrating their birthday with the Arc System Works Festival, featuring a big tournament called Arc Revo, short for Arc Revolution Cup. The official portal site of the event seems to have some sort of countdown which leads up to the day of the event.

Could it simply be a countdown for the event, or will there be more to it?

The Arc Revolution Cup will feature tournaments for Arc System Works’ three biggest titles in Persona 4: Arena, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R and BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma. The final qualifiers will be taking place at the Tokyo Leisure Land Akihabara on the 18th and the main event will be taking place at the Pacifico Yokohama convention center, where we’ll be seeing plenty of other heaven or hell and wheel of fate turning countdowns, which will take place in front of a live audience.

The event will also be featuring a Guilty Gear and BlazBlue live concert called Arc system Works Music Live, along with a live web radio show recording with 11 of the franchise’s most popular voice actors.

Finally, they say that they may be revealing some new info that will be a first time announcement at this event. Perhaps this is what the countdown will  be leading up to?
