April Fools? The Makai Wars OOOO thing Nippon Ichi Software was teasing is unfortunately not a game starring Asagi. It’s for a 20th anniversary event called Makai Wars Live Episode 1: Asagi’s Counterattack.

The perpetual protagonist of Nippon Ichi software’s next game will be there along with a bunch of artists. Voice actresses Suzuko Mimori (she’s Asagi and Fuka’s voice actress) and Maria Kawamura will attend the event along with Disgaea series composer Tenpei Sato, ULTRA-PRISM, and the band Fairy Empire.
Makai Wars Live will have two shows at Yokohama Blitz on July 13. Tickets are 6800 yen ($70).
