Level-5 gave us a look at what more to expect from their latest mystery adventure game, Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies.
Targent is at it again, this time they’ve kidnapped the mysterious young girl, Aria.
In order to save her, Layton and friend swill have to chase them in the sky by using the Bostonias Airship.
However, Targent aren’t about to let you follow them that easily. Use your stylus to take them out!
After an emergency landing at the conclusion of the air battle, it seems as though Layton and Targent have lost sight of Aria. You’ll be required to do some info gathering at the nearby town next to a huge lake.
The first witness happens to be a squirrel. This is where Luke’s ability to communicate with animals will shine!
In this mini-game, you’ll have to figure out which two berries belong to the squirrels, according to their weight.
Once you’re in the town next to the lake, known as Cohanbale, talk to the people to find out more clues on Aria’s whereabouts.
Couga
He’s a quiet fisherman living in Cohanbale. Although he doesn’t talk much, he’s a kind-hearted man.
Chobi
A young and energetic boy who shows a lot of enthusiasm towards mysteries. He loves to think and is full of riddles regarding the town.
Sonia
A high-handed girl who likes to act much older. She does her best to be a proper young lady but can be conceited at times, but she never means to do any harm.
Although Cohanbale looks like a simple fishing town at glance, its ruins contains key information to the Azran legacies.
Here’s a look at two more puzzles of Cohanbale.
One of the three new modes in Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies is the Garden Viewing mode.
You’ll be required to link the flowering energy of the explosive flowers and bloom all the withering flowers. Be careful to not provide any poisonous mushrooms any unnecessary energy or else they will spread their spores, which can’t be a good thing.
If you can manage to blossom all the flowers, you clear the stage!
Professor Layton And The Azran Legacies is slated to be released on February 28th, 2013.
