Resident Evil: Revelations is coming to PC, Wii U, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Capcom have confirmed. The game will be available at retail on May 21st in North America and May 24th in Europe. On those same dates, it will also be available as a download for PS3 and PC, with Wii U and Xbox versions to follow.

Resident Evil: Revelations was originally released for the Nintendo 3DS in early 2011. The home console version will feature HD visuals, a new enemy, an extra difficulty mode, improvements to Raid Mode (such as new weapons and skill sets), as well as the ability to play as Hunk and other Resident Evil characters.

Meanwhile, the game’s single-player story stars Jill Valentine and her new partner, Parker Luciani, along with Chris Redfield and his new partner, Jessica Sherawat. Chris and Jessica set out on a mission to find the abandoned ship, Queen Zenobia, and after they go missing, Jill and Parker pursue to find them.

Like Resident Evil 6, Capcom have made the console version of Resident Evil: Revelations compatible with the ResidentEvil.net service. You’ll be able to pre-register with the service starting January 24th.
