Street Fighter X Mega Man Out; Mega Man 1-6 Coming To 3DS

Capcom USA have kicked off Mega Man’s 25th anniversary celebration today with the release of Street Fighter X Mega Man, a crossover fan game developed in collaboration with the company.

 

As previously reported, Street Fighter X Mega Man is a free download for the PC and you can grab it here.

 

Additionally, Capcom have also announced that Mega Man 1 – 6 for the NES will be released for the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console. The first Mega Man will be released on December 27th, with Mega Man 2 following on February 7th. The remaining four games will be released throughout 2013.

 

These are just part of the anniversary celebrations. Capcom have other plans, too, which will play out over the course of an entire year.
