See How The Wii U GamePad Is Used In Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

At last night’s Nintendo Direct presentation in Japan, Monster Hunter series producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, demonstrated how the Wii U GamePad can be used to re-arrange the UI in Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, just like the bottom screen on the Nintendo 3DS version of the game. In North America and Europe, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will be released in March 2013 for the 3DS and Wii U. A downloadable app that you’ll be able to grab off the Nintendo eShop will allow for save data transferring between the two versions.
