Digimon Adventure Will Have An Original Story After The Main Game

Digimon Adventure, Namco and Prope’s upcoming role-playing game based on the anime of the same name, has a release date in Japan, according to a report in V Jump magazine—January 17th, 2013.

 

As previously reported, Digimon Adventure will cover all of the anime and will also cover the Our War Game movie. The game is split into adventure, battle, and raising sections, and you can read about them here.

 

V Jump also reveals that, once you’ve completed the game’s main story, you’ll be able to play an original story that has the main protagonist from other seasons of the Digimon anime making appearances.

 

Digimon Adventure will be released for the PSP for 6,280 yen. Early copies of the game will come with a “Digivice Ver. PSP” that can be downloaded to the PSP. No specific details regarding just what this is have been announced yet.
