Marvelous Entertainment, AQ Interactive and a third company named Liveware will be entering a merger, effective from October 1st, according to a Reuters report. At the end of the merger, Marvelous AQL will emerge as the surviving company.

AQ Interactive will be delisted from the stock exchange on September 28th. Last year, AQ Interactive consolidated their individual studios — Cavia (Nier), Artoon (Blue Dragon, The Last Story) and Feelplus (Lost Odyssey) — into AQI itself.
