How To Mind Hack In Mindjack

Square Enix has two third person shooters with a body snatching gimmick, The 3rd Birthday and Mindjack. Mindjack is a bit different because you can leap into the minds of people, machines, and cybernetic gorillas in wanderer form. Here’s how the system works.

Characters carry different weapons. In the Mindjack demo I played one soldier was armed with a rocket launcher while most of the other characters just had guns.

Somehow all of this hacking changes the world, a feature that Square Enix mentioned, but still haven’t explained. Mindjack is slated for release in North America this October.
