In the 80’s we had video game cereal. In 2007 video game branded soft drinks are the new black. After a cherry flavored Halo 3 beverage and a citrusy Final Fantasy Potion, Capcom is entering Animate stores with three Sengoku Basara 2 cans on December 19. Each can contains a different flavor and from left to right they are: Date Masamune Sports Drink, Kojuurou Katakura Oolong Tea and Sanada Yukimura Cassis & Orange.

Apris who is no stranger to character beverages is adding the Sengoku Basara soft drink to their lineup of Astro Boy Cassis & Orange drinks. Each can costs 157 yen ($1.40), which is slightly cheaper than a Final Fantasy potion, but more costly compared to a 2 liter bottle of Halo Mountain Dew.
