While its Fall 2011 release date is far off, Sony and Insomniac are beginning to pull the curtain back on their plans for the next Ratchet & Clank. Titled Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the game features splitscreen and online 4-player drop-in-drop-out cooperative multiplayer. Ratchet, Clank, Captain Quark, and Dr. Nefarious are playable characters.

All 4 One is in development at Insomniac’s newer North Carolina studio. You can check out a debut trailer for the game from Gamescom, embedded above, which should look pretty familiar to Ratchet & Clank fans.
