Crunchyroll announced its Game Vault now includes two more games. Ponpu and Yuppie Psycho are now part of the collection on mobile devices for subscribers.
Ponpu first debuted back in 2020. It involves birds wielding bombs. While the focus is on multiplayer, as up to four people can take part in Coin Steal, Deathmatch, or the 2v2 Paint Battle, it also features a single-player campaign.
Here’s how that looks:
Yuppie Psycho first showed up in 2019. It’s a horror adventure game involving a new employee at Sintracorp, which turns out to be a corporation with malicious and dangerous secrets. It’s an entirely single-player experience.
Crunchyroll Game Vault opened back at the end of 2023 with five games in it. Behind the Frame: The Finest Scenery, Captain Velvet: The Jump+ Dimensions, inBento, River City Girls, and Wolfstride are all already present on mobile devices. In the future, the company is also planning to open a Developer Portal so more developers can apply to have their games appear on the service.
Crunchyroll subscribers at the $9.99 per month Mega Fan or $14.99 per month Ultimate Fan tiers can access the games. They can then play said games on Android or Apple iOS devices.
