Grinsia, one of Kemco’s 16-bit RPGs, is coming to the Nintendo 3DS as a downloadable title via the eShop. Nicalis announced that they were going to publish the game last year, and recently they provided a release date via Twitter.

Grinsia will be available on May 8th. A listing on the Nintendo eShop reveals that the game will cost $10.00, although that could be a placeholder. The game will also be available for PC, MAC and Linux at some point.

Grinsia is about a family of treasure hunters searching for a set of ancient ruins in the hopes of getting rich. Naturally, things go wrong, and they end up biting off more than they can chew.

In addition to Grinsia, Nicalis are gauging interest for other JRPGs on the Nintendo eShop.
