The next phase of Sony’s free Play at Home PS4 game initiative is about to kick off on March 25, 2021. The company announced that 10 more games will be given away in the near future, with Horizon Zero Dawn as the biggest name in the bunch. Three of them are also PlayStation VR exclusives, for those who might have the headset. In addition, it confirmed the free extended Funimation/Wakanim trial will be available to claim between March 25 and April 22, 2021.
There will be nine free games people can claim after March 25, 2021. Six are playable on the PS4. Two of those six have optional PSVR support. Three of the games require a PSVR headset.
- Abzu
- Astro Bot Rescue Mission (PSVR required)
- Enter the Gungeon
- Moss (PSVR required)
- Paper Beast (PSVR required)
- Rez Infinite (Also supports PSVR)
- Subnautica
- Thumper (Also supports PSVR)
- The Witness
Horizon Zero Dawn will be available after this first batch of free Play at Home PS4 games. People will be able to claim the Complete Edition, which includes The Frozen Wilds and some DLC costumes and equipment, starting on April 19, 2021. Provided you grab it before May 14, 2021, you’ll then own it forever.
In the meantime, one Play at Home game is available to claim immediately. The Ratchet & Clank reboot is available for free until March 31, 2021.
