I’m really curious about the Spring 2024 anime series Jellyfish Can’t Swim in the Nightand Grandpa and Grandma Turn Young AgainThe former seems like it could be touching and an interesting drama where we see how people grow and connect. As for the latter, seeing a pair of grandparents get a second chance to be young sounds like a relaxing sort of series. — Jenni

Jenni’s picks are among the few new series I’m the most intrigued by. Sure, there are a lot of great new seasons of returning series like Black Butler and My Hero Academia, but, sadly, not a ton of brand new series. However, I can’t help but be intrigued by the latest Isekai, Re:Monster. The idea of a guy reincarnating in the body of the weakest goblin in a fantasy world feels like a neat twist on the usual formula that demands at least a try. — Cody
