Packaged in with Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings was a copy of Wii de Yawaraka Atama Juku (Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree). Instead of tapping the screen with the stylus in the DS game you use the Wii remote to point at the screen. Some quick impressions of the single player game so far:
One puzzle has players identify the smallest object out of a group of four pictures. To do solve this you simply point and press the A button on the right picture.
Another game is like whack-a-mole where purple dogs with symbols over their heads pop out of holes. The key to this game is to whack the dogs carrying the symbols on top of the screen.
In one of the spatial tests players need to quickly point at the angle where a picture is taken from.
Also a word of warning to anyone thinking about importing this, some of the tests require reading of Japanese. In one of the general knowledge questions you need to select what animal is in a picture and the answers are in kana.
Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree is an interesting diversion so far, but I bet it will be more interesting when I test out some of the multiplayer modes. Look for more on multiplayer and a feature with some of the puzzles in the near future. For now check out the introductory sequence where Dr. Lobe appears and some gameplay footage past the break.
