Ace Attorney Anime’s Second Season Premieres On October 6, 2018

Capcom announced back in March that the Ace Attorney anime will return this fall, and its date was announced at Anime Expo 2018 along with a new key visual and info on the cast. [Thanks, Comic Natalie.]

The new season for the Ace Attorney anime premieres on October 6 at the same timeslot as the first one at 5:30pm JST via Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV.

Here’s the returning cast:

• Phoenix Wright – Yuuki Kaji
• Maya Fey – Aoi Yuuki
• Miles Edgeworth – Masashi Tamaki
• Mia Fey – Chie Nakamura
• Dick Gumshoe – Masami Iwasaki
• Larry Butz – Toru Nara
• Godot – Hiroaki Hirata

The new season, titled Gyakuten Saiban: Sono “Shinjitsu”, Igiari! ~ Season 2 will once again get an animation by A-1 Pictures in collaboration with the game’s director Shu Takumi. It’ll feature protagonist Phoenix Wright, Phoenix’s boss and mentor Mia fey, assistant Maya Fey, rival prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, and several other familiar characters.
