During Nintendo Treehouse’s stream yesterday, it was officially confirmed that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will have a stage hazard toggle in the full game.

By turning off stage hazards, some of the more dangerous gimmicks, such as Frigate Orpheon’s stage flipping mechanic, the Yellow Devil appearing on the Wily Castle stage, and more, will be disabled for the match.

Here’s the confirmation from the stream below [Thanks, Some Dude!]

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be released for Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018.
