Sega has announced the localization of Hokuto ga Gotoku. It will be released worldwide as Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise. It will come to the PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe on October 2, 2018. It will cost $59.99.

In Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise, players follow Kenshiro as he explores a post-apocalyptic Earth. He will have his Hokuto Shinken abilities to use to defeat opponents along the way. In addition to story missions, people will be able to compete in buggy races and take part in chiropractic therapy session rhythm games. English and Japanese dual-track audio will be available. An official website is now open.

Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise is immediately available as Hokuto ga Gotoku in Japan.
