The legendary soccer manga Captain Tsubasa is getting a new TV anime that starts on April 3 in Japan, and pre-registrations for its upcoming smartphone RTS soccer game has also gone live.
The game, titled Captain Tsubasa Zero: Kimero! Miracle Shot is a real-time strategy soccer game that tells the story of protagonist Tsubasa and the others growing up. There aren’t too many details for the time being, but it will depict the characters in 3D with real-time action.
Its “Match Mode” takes place in auto-mode, and you’ll get to create your own original team and watch familiar characters bust out with their special moves.
The “Main Scenario Mode” is basically a reproduction of the new anime, in which you’ll see Tsubasa and his rivals grow together with the sport of soccer. It’ll also come with sub-scenarios to tell you more as well.
Those of you interested can pre-register by following the game’s official Twitter account or official LINE account.
Captain Tsubasa Zero: Kimero! Miracle Shot is in development for iOS and Android. More information on the game will be shared later.
