Japanese indie game developers //commentout is preparing to show more of its upcoming hardcore action game The Tower of Permanence for PS4, Switch, Smartphones, and PC at TGS 2017 with a new trailer.
The Tower of Permanence is an upcoming action game that will have you climb up a tower that is filled with various traps and enemies. What makes it different is that the inside of the tower procedurally generates itself everyday, meaning it’ll offer a completely different tower to take on each day.
Players will get to take on the new challenges each day and compete with other players who are doing the same to see who can be the first to clear the newly-generated tower of the day, who can get the highest score after clearing, and so on.
The game also has a function that allows players to leave a dying message on their graves for other players to see when they die. More information including new characters, stages, and more will be revealed at the Tokyo Indies Fest at Tokyo Game Show 2017 from September 21 through September 24, 2017.

The Tower of Permanence is in development for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android, and PC.
