Sonic Mania Footage Shows Knuckles In Flying Battery Zone

Sega has released new footage taken from Sonic Mania. In the latest video, we are able to see Knuckles the Echidna running through the Flying Battery Zone Act 1. The Flying Battery Zone previously appeared in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles.

The Sonic Mania Flying Battery Zone footage shows Knuckles going between indoor and outdoor areas. He uses his gliding and wall climbing skills to access new areas often throughout the one minute video.

Sonic Mania will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in Summer 2017.
