Ultron is a villain from Marvel’s Avengers, while Sigma is Mega Man X’s main baddie. The Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite trailer opens with the two talking about how it’s time for biological life to end and it is up to the two of them to initiate the process. The two fuse together to become Ultron Sigma and send out an army of robotic warriors. We then get to see characters fight their creations, with Strider, the Hulk, Chris Redfield, Thor, Mega Man X, Captain America, Chun-Li, Hawkeye, and Rocket Raccoon appearing. This storyline will be covered in Story Mode, with the Arcade, Mission, Training, and multiplayer versus modes allowing people to enjoy action in other ways.

Various Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite editions and pre-orders have been announced. The $59.99 standard edition gives you the game and, if you pre-order, Evil Ryu and Warrior Thor costumes. The $89.99 Deluxe Edition comes with the game, and 2017 Character Pass that adds six more characters, among them Sigma. Its pre-order includes Evil Ryu, Command Mission X, Gladiator Hulk, and Warrior Thor costumes. Finally, a $199.99 Collector’s Edition gives you everything included in the Deluxe Edition, as well as six LED Infinity Stones in a decorative box and interlinking dioramas featuring Captain Marvel, Chun-Li, Iron Man, and Mega Man X.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19, 2017.
