Nintendo is localizing Miitopia. In this Nintendo 3DS RPG, players take their friends’ Miis and use them to create parties of characters who will fight against a villain that is stealing people’s faces. It will arrive in North America in 2017.
Miitopia features turn-based battles with characters that belong to an array of different classes. For example, there are classes like thief, cat, wizard, chef, cleric, and pop idol. Your party members will grow closer or further apart as they go on their journey, with the relationship influencing their actions in battle. The characters act according to their own will in a fight, so they’re more likely to team up for attacks or help one another if they like one another.
Miitopia debuted on the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on December 8, 2016.
