Space Battleship Yamato 2199 Is Getting A Strategy RPG For Smartphones In Japan

Space Battleship Yamato 2199, the 2012 remake of the iconic 1974 space opera series Space Battleship Yamato, is getting a new strategy RPG smartphone game in Japan.

According to the teaser for this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine, it’ll be titled Space Battleship Yamato 2199: Last Hope 365. The smartphone game will feature many familiar characters and the world setting intact, while allowing you to create your very own Yamato as part of the strategy RPG.
