Aksys has revealed to Siliconera the official North American release date for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. It will arrive in retail stores and on the PlayStation Store on March 24, 2017. When opening the collection, a menu will appear allowing people to choose between Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors and Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward. The collection will have a single platinum trophy to earn.
In addition to the release date, Aksys revealed some details regarding the version of Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors found within the collection. Wendee Lee will reprise her role as Clover, as will other voice actors from Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward that also voice certain people in Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors. There will be Adventure and Novel modes, with the former offering animated characters with different poses and the latter with text above characters like an eBook. It will include a built-in calculator with digital root function in the main menu and a flow chart. Also, it is possible to explore and investigate rooms during the escape portions with the touch screen or by using the left analog stick and action buttons.

Zero Escape: The Nonary Games version of Zero Escape: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors doesn’t have the extra ending from 999: The Novel, the Apple iOS version of the game. It does have all the endings from the original Nintendo DS game.
Zero Escape: The Nonary Games’ version of Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward is nearly identical to the original PlayStation Vita version. However, some typos in the script have been fixed.
Zero Escape: The Nonary Games will be available on Japanese PCs on March 25, 2017, followed by a Japanese PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on April 13, 2017.
